Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using triadsecdev.online(the "Platform"), including the dashboard, anti-cheat software, kernel drivers, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform or Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Update your information promptly if it changes.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your API credentials (secret_id, secret_key) with unauthorized parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our anti-cheat software or kernel drivers.
• Circumventing, disabling, or tampering with security features of the Platform.
• Using the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.

5. Anti-Cheat Software License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, TriadSecDev grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our anti-cheat software and kernel driver (where applicable) for the purpose of protecting your game servers. The license is:

• Limited to the number of servers or applications specified in your subscription plan.
• Personal to your organization and may not be sublicensed or resold.
• Conditioned on timely payment of applicable subscription fees.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.

• All fees are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies.
• We may suspend or terminate access if payment is more than 7 days past due.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, Services, anti-cheat software, kernel drivers, brand assets, logos, and all related intellectual property are owned exclusively by TriadSecDev. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of any applications you create on our platform, but grant us a license to host and process them as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriadSecDev and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
• Service interruption or computer damage.
• Cost of procurement of substitute services.
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. TriadSecDev does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against all forms of attack or bypass. No kernel-level security system can provide absolute protection, and we expressly disclaim any warranty of complete invulnerability to cheating or hacking.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TriadSecDev and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include:

• Violation of these terms or applicable laws.
• Non-payment of fees.
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your license to use the anti-cheat software ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
